Common questions

Grants management — answered.

The questions we hear most when towns are evaluating this module. Anything specific to your charter, your state, or your existing vendor — we'll answer on the discovery call.

01 Can we track multiple federal grants with different drawdown schedules? +
Yes. Each grant has its own drawdown schedule, allowable-cost rules, and reporting cadence. Expense classification ties every transaction back to its grant for single-audit purposes.
02 How do we keep our SAM.gov registration current? +
The system tracks your SAM.gov UEI and registration expiration, and sends reminders 90/60/30 days before lapse. Expired SAM registration is one of the most common causes of grant disqualification — we don't let it slip.
03 What about the single-audit threshold? +
When your federal expenditures cross the threshold, the system flags it and produces the Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards (SEFA) for your auditor. Allowable-cost classification is auditor-ready.
04 Can we forecast cash flow from grants? +
Yes. Drawdown schedules feed into a cash-flow projection so you know how much grant revenue is expected each month and can plan operations against it.
