Services · quoted separately

Every town's go-live is different. Priced accordingly.

These are scoped on the discovery call so you know the all-in number before you sign. Never tacked on later.

Module à la carte
Add modules above your tier limit.
Migration
Flat-rate by source vendor — Tyler, BS&A, Caselle, Edmunds, QuickBooks, CSV. Quoted up front.
Staff training
Per-module workshops, live or recorded. Departments train on what they actually use.
Go-live travel
Hands-on rollout and on-site go-live are included in every tier. Travel costs for the cutover visit are billed at cost.
Custom resident portal
Bespoke design beyond the standard portal — branding, layout, additional pages.
Multi-town / county
Negotiated. Counties and consortium arrangements welcome.
In every tier

What you get, regardless of size.

The difference between tiers is module count and support depth — not whether you get the basics. The basics are non-negotiable.

Unlimited staff seats

Every employee at town hall — clerk, treasurer, building inspector, public works — gets a login. No per-user fees, ever.

External auditor seat

Read-only access for your CPA, state examiner, or independent audit firm. Scoped to the records they need, time-bounded, fully logged — no shared staff logins, no hand-off PDFs.

Custom workflows

Approval chains, escalations, conditional routing — shaped to your charter and bylaws, not the vendor's default. We configure them with you during rollout and you can adjust as your processes evolve.

All updates and security patches

Every release. Every patch. No upgrade SKU, no migration project to stay on the current version.

WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility

Both staff app and resident portal. Each major release will be third-party audited and the report published. Section 508 met by extension.

Audit trail and public-records exports

Every read and write logged. Time-bounded exports for public records requests, with redaction tools built in.

Resident portal on your .gov domain

Public website included with every install — pulling from the same records your staff already maintains.

One-click data export

Your data is yours. Documented model, full export at any time, complete encrypted dump on contract exit.

Migration done right (when you add it)

Migration is quoted separately by source vendor, but always runs in staging first — you sign off before cutover. Paths from Tyler, BS&A, Caselle, Edmunds, QuickBooks, and generic CSV.

Annual price lock

Your price for the contract term is fixed at signing. No surprise renewal jumps; multi-year contracts include a single, modest, written-in escalator.

Pricing questions

The six we hear after every quote.

For anything specific to your charter, your contract terms, or your state's procurement statutes — we'll answer those on the call.

01 Are there per-user or per-seat fees? +
No. Every tier includes unlimited staff seats. Pricing is based on the population served, not the size of your office.
02 Can we change tiers mid-contract? +
Yes. If your population grows or you want to add modules above your tier limit, we move you up and prorate the difference. Tier downgrades happen at renewal.
03 Does the price increase year over year? +
Annual contracts hold their price for the full term. Multi-year contracts include a fixed, written-in escalator — never a surprise at renewal.
04 What about implementation and migration costs? +
Migration is a flat rate determined by the source vendor (Tyler, BS&A, Caselle, etc.) and quoted up front. Implementation is scoped per project — most towns are live in four to eight weeks of joint work between our team and yours.
05 Are there discounts for multi-year contracts? +
Yes — multi-year contracts include a modest single-digit discount, but the bigger value is price predictability for the entire term.
06 What happens if we cancel? +
Your contract terminates with a single clause: we hand you a complete encrypted export of every record, document, audit log, and configuration. The data model is documented; you can move to anything that reads JSON, or run it yourself.
