Accuracy and product information
We work hard to keep this site accurate, but pricing, modules, and screenshots evolve. The authoritative pricing for your town will always come from a written quote tied to the modules you actually need.
Mocks and screenshots throughout the site are illustrative. Actual on-screen interfaces may differ as the product matures. Where we name competitors or legacy systems, those references are descriptive — not affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.
No warranty for the marketing site
The marketing site is provided as-is. We do not warrant the uptime, accuracy, or completeness of marketing-site content. The TownAdminPro product, when you become a customer, has separate uptime and support commitments described in your service agreement and on the Security page.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of this marketing site is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you have paid us for use of this site (which is normally zero, since the site is free to read).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, where Mehrutherm LLC — the entity behind TownAdminPro — is organized. Any disputes arising from use of this marketing site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Washington State.
