01 Can residents register multiple children in a single transaction? +
Yes. The portal cart supports any number of registrations across programs, with one payment for the total. Each registration tracks separately for waitlist and refund handling.
02 How do refunds work when a class is cancelled? +
One-click refund processes back to the original payment method. Partial refunds (pro-rated for missed weeks) are also supported. Refunds post to the GL automatically and reverse the cash receipt.
03 Can we manage facility reservations alongside class registrations? +
Yes. Pavilions, ball fields, the community center room, and equipment all share one calendar — with conflict detection so a class and a private rental don't double-book.
04 Can coaches and instructors see their rosters? +
Yes. Coaches get a limited login that shows only their roster, attendance, and emergency contacts. They can't see other classes or run reports — useful for volunteer coaches who shouldn't have full staff access.
