Program inventory with available, dedicated, and expiring asset status; claim workflow; donor-wall generator.

Almost every town has a sponsorship or memorial program — a bench in the park dedicated to a loved one, a brick walk at the community center, banner sponsors along Main Street, plaques in the cemetery. Most are tracked in a spreadsheet and a folder of mailed checks. This module is the inventory of sponsorable assets, the application and approval workflow, the term tracking, and the donor-wall generation. Clerks stop losing the brick list.

Common questions

Sponsorships & memorials — answered.

The questions we hear most when towns are evaluating this module. Anything specific to your charter, your state, or your existing vendor — we'll answer on the discovery call.

01 Can we run multiple programs at once? +
Yes — bench dedications, brick walks, banner sponsors, tree plantings, and plaque programs each run as separate inventories with their own application form, fee schedule, term length, and renewal rules. Launch a new program from a template in a few clicks.
02 How do annual sponsorships get renewed? +
Each program has its own renewal rule. Annual sponsors (Main Street banners, scoreboard sponsors) get a renewal email 60 / 30 / 7 days before expiration with a one-click renewal link that takes the existing payment method. Perpetual dedications — benches, bricks, cemetery plaques — don't renew; they're tracked indefinitely.
03 Can we publish a dedication wall? +
Yes. A dedication-wall page on the resident portal lists every dedication, sorted by program, alphabetical, or by date. Donors can opt out of the public listing or use 'In memory of [Name]' formatting. Photos of the actual bench, brick, or plaque appear next to each entry.
04 Who approves new dedications — clerk, council, parks board? +
Whoever your charter says. The approval workflow is configured per program. A bench in a town park might need parks-board approval; a cemetery plaque might need only the sexton. Decisions and the rationale are logged for the audit trail.
