01 How do we get assessed values from our county assessor? +
County values import from CSV, Excel, CAMA exports, or shapefiles — whichever format your assessor produces. Imports run on the schedule you configure (typically annually before the roll).
02 Can we handle multiple overlapping mill rates — school, county, special districts? +
Yes. Each parcel can fall in any number of taxing districts; mill rates apply per district and the bill shows the breakdown. You're collecting for the school and county on their behalf — the system tracks who owes what to whom.
03 How are exemptions managed and audited? +
Homestead, veterans, senior, and other exemptions are per-parcel records with effective dates, supporting documents, and an audit trail. The system flags expiring exemptions automatically.
04 Can we generate the tax-sale list for delinquent properties? +
Yes. The system queries delinquent parcels by your statutory threshold, generates the list with required disclosures, and produces the public-notice document. Sale proceeds post automatically when collected.
